The Real Housewives of New Jersey is returning for season 2 with more drama than ever. Just in case the first season wasn’t drama filled enough – there will be more!!

Ashley Holmes, the 19-year-old daughter of Housewives star Jacqueline Laurita, has been found guilty of assault against the most hated housewife, Danielle Staub according to UsMagazine.com.

The fight — which went down while Bravo cameras were rolling — took place on Nov. 11 at the Hamburg Turnpike Country Club in New Jersey.

“Jacqueline and Teresa [Giudice] were waiting for me and began yelling at me,” Staub said in court back in December. (She had filed complaints against Laurita and Giudice but since dropped those charges.)

After trying to flee, Staub said Holmes attacked her and yanked her hair, causing a hair extension to come out.  Ouch!!

Holmes was convicted at Wayne Court in New Jersey Friday before Judge Lawrence Katz.

The fight will appear on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of New Jersey!!  Will you be tuning in this season??

As shoppers flock to Manhattan in the lead-up to the holidays, there’s one thing that Bethenny Frankel wants everyone to leave off their shopping lists: fur. Towering high above Times Square, the Real Housewives of New York City star appears against the New York skyline—without a stitch of clothing—in a stunning new PETA billboard campaign titled “Fur? I’d Rather Go Naked.”

In an exclusive PETA interview, Frankel opens up about what made her change her mind (and her wardrobe):

“I used to wear fur. I went to a cocktail party, walked outside on Fifth Avenue, and a PETA protestor was holding up a skinned animal. I looked at it, and it made me sick. I felt disgusting. That day was a huge change, and since then I’ve really been against fur. I’m cleaning out my closets—trim, everything. I don’t see any reason for cruelty.”

Frankel then twittered about the photo and how she was pregnant when the photo was taken and it wasn’t even airbrushed.  This statement caused Theresa Giudice, a star of  The Real Housewives of New Jersey,  to slam pregnant Bethenny Frankel’s new nude PETA ad.

“To quote Bethenny: ‘I just threw up a little in my mouth,’” Giudice, 36, Twittered Tuesday.

To this I say – can’t we all just be friends??

The Real Housewives of New Jersey -minus Danielle – were on Regis & Kelly this morning, July 2, 2009.  Caroline, Dina, Jacqueline and Theresa felt more comfortable without Danielle there.

They spoke about this season and of course Danielle.  As previously reported on Have U Heard, Jacqueline and Danielle are no longer friends.  Jacqueline explained that it had nothing to do with the book, the rumors or her family but that Danielle is not someone that she wants to be associated.  Jacqueline explained that Danielle changes her stories – she stopped short of calling her a liar but we got the hint.

Caroline reiterated that she will never forgive Danielle – but NO – a hit was not ordered on Dina.  That’s a relief.  It was starting to sound more like the Sopranos than a reality show.

In other Housewives news – a reader was nice enough to send me an article from Brides.com about Dina Manzo and her husband, Tommy (who did not appear on the show) on their wedding day.  Dina and Tommy appeared in another reality show,  My Big Fat Fabulous Wedding said to cost approximately $1,000,000.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey are back for a second season, Life and Style Magazine has confirmed.

“They’re doing a second season, and it’s going to be crazier than the first,” an insider tells Life & Style. “It’s going to explode. “There’s no premiere date, but everyone knows it’s going to be a huge hit,” the insider adds. “The reason it has taken so long to announce is that once the show became such a hit, the women held out for much bigger paychecks.”

It should be interesting to see where the drama is going to lie since no one is talking to Danielle Staub.   I know I’ll be watching.

 The Real Housewives of New Jersey Reunion Part 2 aired last night and left us with more questions than answers. 
The sit down focused mostly on Danielle and her troubled past.  It was revealed that Danielle had an affair with Don Johnson but the two “just made out”.  She also admitted to being a “raging nymphomaniac”.

But what wasn’t cleared up was the incident between Dina and Danielle since the taping of the show last summer.  In the final minutes, Caroline breaks down saying Danielle is “trash” and what she did was “unforgivable.” But Dina stops her from revealing what really happened, only hinting that “calls were made” and actions were taken to harm Dina. Did Danielle try to put a hit on her former rival? All we know is what’s written in Danielle’s blog where she tells readers,

“I simply gave a phone number to her ex brother-in-law to contact proper people with questions that he had concerning something that was absolutely none of my business.”

I am not sure what that means. Anyone?

Anyway, they didn’t confirm nor deny a second season, if the Jersey girls don’t want to get together again I’m sure they have enough material for “The Danielle Show”.

I watched the reunion show last night of the Real Housewives of New Jersey and I couldn’t help but think -  did Jacqueline and Danielle remain friends despite Jacqueline’s family.  The answer to that question is a definite NO.  

Jacqueline, who betrayed her sisters-in-laws Dina and Caroline Manzo by claiming that Dina uncovered the book about Staub’s crime-ridden past – tells the new issue of Us Weekly that she and Danielle Staub no longer speak. (On Tuesday, federal court records surfaced detailing Staub’s deep involvement in a kidnapping plot, a $24,000 drug deal and an “escort service” – all of which she denies.)

“I am not friends with Danielle,” Jacqueline states.  She added,  “She has never seen the baby, nor will I ever show her. I learned my family was right about her all along.”  (the mother of 3 just gave birth to a boy, Nicholas on June 11, 2009)

Teresa’s magnificent mansion is complete and we get to tour it along with Dina.  It is a bit over the top, but hey she loves it, good for her.

Teresa is hosting a dinner party at a resturant because her house is not ready for a party. 

Jacqueline’s parents come in for a visit and Ashley’s stepdad Chris finally gives her the car that she really doesn’t deserve.  Ashley is very thrilled!

Caroline gets a new dog to protect her and her family.

The dinner party gets underway, Teresa’s “bubbies” are the topic of conversation.

Once everyone is seated, Danielle enters the dining room with her daughters.  Everyone is getting along and enjoying the conversation about Teresa’s very active sex life.

Then Danielle put the book “Cop Without A Badge” on the table.  It stopped the dinner conversation short; very awkward.  Everyone started arguing back and forth.  Caroline was trying to referee but when she saw her sister Dina was getting blamed for everything , she said the exposing of “the book” was all her.  Caroline took the blame or credit for spreading “the book”  around.  During the fighting Danielle tells Teresa to pay attention after she makes a comment.  Well that didn’t go over well.  Teresa was already annoyed that Danielle ruined her dinner party but now she is insulting her.  With that, Teresa in a fit of rage, starts cursing and screams at Danielle and she throws the table.  Teresa’s husband calms her down and the party and show pretty much rap up.

They did a follow up  at the end of the episode which tells us that Teresa and Jacqueline are expecting new babies.  Jacqueline has since given birth to a baby boy named Nicholas and Theresa is expecting a boy in September.
