My heart goes out to Brittany’s friends and family. I lost my brother who was only 25 last year and the pain is something that never goes away. There are no magic words to say to the family when someone has died, but someone told me at the funeral that “the pain will stay with you forever, but with time comes healing.” If Brittany’s family reads this, please know that my thoughts and prayers are you with you in your hour of darkness.
