Desperate Housewives Adds Drea De Matteo to Cast
This is definitely a new addition I wouldn’t expect on Wisteria Lane. Drea De Matteo, formerly from the Sopranos, has joined the cast of Desperate Housewives as the newest vixenish housewife, sources confirm to EW.
De Matteo will be a series regular playing the matriarch of a new Italian family. Casting is underway for her landscape designer husband and their tightly wound son.
