DWTS’ Kathy Ireland Receives Seven Stitches
It looks like we have another injury on Dancing With the Stars.
Just yesterday, former house majority leader Tom DeLay was injured on the set of DWTS with a “pre-stress fracture,”. Today we have former model, Kathy Ireland, announcing she received seven stitches.
Ireland wasn’t on the dance floor when she hurt herself.
Ireland hit the beach with her family, according to E! and while surfing with her son Erik, a wave caused her board to flip up against the side of her leg, causing a deep gash.
Ireland was stitched up by her husband, Greg Olsen, an ER doctor at a nearby hospital in Santa Barbara, Calif.
She’ll still participate in Monday’s show, according to E!
