Have U Heard??

The night we have all been waiting for – The Season Finale for DWTS.

The show kicks off with the 13 couples (who didn’t make it to the finals) being introduced. The 13 couples are going to perform tonight.

Whitney Houston started the show by performing, “Million Dollar Bill”. Houston gave a great performance and ended her song with money falling from above.

The loser’s club was introduced again (we saw them the first/second week of the show). The spokesman, Jeffrey Ross, inducted a new member, Ashley Hamilton. Ashley Hamilton danced with partner, Edyta to ‘Simply the Best’ (ironic??).

Kathy Ireland, Macy Grey and Debbie Mazar danced with their partners to ‘Whose That Lady’.

As promised when Tom DeLay had to bow out of the competition due to an injury, Tom and Cheryl performed the Texas two step. More dancing from the couples who didn’t make it to the finals.

Finally, a review of the final three finalists. Len reveals that Kelly Osbourne in the finals is totally unexpected. All the judges are in agreement that Donny Osmond was born to perform. Mya was also born to perform.

Before dancing the Viennese Waltz as their final dance there was a clip of Kelly and Louie dancing throughout the season showing how far Kelly has come. In tears, Kelly thanks Louie. Len, Bruno and Carrie Ann give Kelly and Louie rave reviews.

Mya and Dymitri are up next dancing the Jive. Another amazing performance. It’s no surprise that the judges loved them and gave them rave reviews.

Finally, Donny and Kym dance the Argentine Tango. As Carrie Ann said, “A show stopping performance”. Bruno and Len loved Donny and Kym also.

The judges rank the finalists: Kelly and Louie are ranked 3rd (26 points), Mya and Dymitri are in 2nd place (28 points) and Donny and Kym are in 1st place (30 points).

Donny Osmond performed ‘Puppy Love’ with Chelsie Hightower and Louie Vito dancing (doing a lot of tricks).

It’s time for the dance off between Michael Irving and Jerry Rice, two former NFL football players. The winner will bring home the mirror ballroom ring. And the ring goes to Michael Irving!! Jerry got a ring also – he won the battle of the body.

Previous season dancers, Cloris Leachman, Jerry Springer and Steve W. came back to dance the mambo. 

Whitney Houston returns to sing ‘I Wanna Dance with Somebody’.  A great performance.

The couple in 3rd place is Kelly and Louie. Mya and Dymitri take second place.
