Glee Recap 11/25/09
Eve guest stars this week as the the adviser to a rival high school’s Glee Club, someone who might be getting information from Sue Sylvester seeking an opportunity for sabotage.
Meanwhile, in order to impress Finn, Kurt gives Rachel a makeover. Rachel invites Finn over and dresses like Sandy from Grease with spandex pants and a tight shirt. Finn confesses to Rachel that he liked the way she usually dressed – leg warmers and all. Kurt helped Rachel with the makeover knowing that Finn liked girls that don’t wear a lot of make-up. Rachel confronts Kurt about the makeover and realizes that he has a crush on Finn. Kurt tells Rachel that neither of them will ever have Finn.
Quinn decides she wants to keep her baby. When she tells Kendra and Karen they come up with a plan to have Quinn babysit for Kendra’s children to give her a taste of parenthood. Quinn has Puck join her and the children tie them up while they play cowboys and indians. They eventually get free and Quinn sings ‘Papa Don’t Preach’ while Puck plays the guitar and the kids love it. Quinn finds out that Puck has been sexting to other girls and confronts him. When Puck tells her that he has needs and Finn isn’t meeting his sexual needs Quinn realizes that the baby is better off with Karen and Will.
Now that Puck has shown his true colors to Quinn she wants Finn and asks him if they can love each other again. They are going to try and work on the relationship.
We meet the glee kids from the all-deaf school–and we get treated to their take on John Lennon’s “Imagine”.
Will realizes that Sue is up to no good and tries to do some damage control and changes their set list. Unfortunately, Sue brings the new set list to the competition and tells them to split the songs up and she’ll make sure that Will goes last so it looks like he stole their songs.
Glee ends with the cast singing ‘True Colors ’. This was definitely an episode where we saw the true colors of Puck and Sue. Only 2 more episodes of Glee before they take a long break returning in April.
