Have U Heard??

Tonight’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy, titled ‘Trust No One’, immediately started with the doctors from Seattle Grace and Mercy West duking it out.

Izzy asked one of the doctors from Mercy West to leave a locker empty (it was George’s locker) and she refused.   After Izzy is called crazy by the doctor – Izzy then asks her if she wants to fight.  There is one doctor from the rival hospital that Izzy gets along with – Charles.  It turns out that Charles is playing Izzy and when she overhears him say he “has his own surgical bitch” their friendship quickly comes to an end.

Meredith gives all of the doctors from Seattle Grace a pep talk and tells them to fight for what is rightfully theirs – a position at Seattle Grace.

Callie’s father comes to visit her at the hospital and pretends he is there because he misses her.  In reality he has brought along the family priest to try and convert Callie or as Callie would say,

“You’ve Come to Pray Away the Gay”

Callie’s father wants to know where he went wrong.  Callie starts quoting the bible, yells at her father and walks out of the room.  Arizona later spoke to Callie’s dad and told him that her father accepted her as lesbian, basically because she was the same person that he raised her whole life.  Callie’s father eventually came around when he asked Callie if she would be willing to have a big wedding and eventually children with Arizona.

Lexi has a patient who happens to be a robber. The robber tells her that the doctor from Mercy West is beating her and Lexi needs to find her open window and fight back.  Lexi steals the other doctor’s diary and later regrets doing it.  Lexi apologizes to the doctor.

Christina breaks down crying and admits to Meredith that she misses Burke, her ex-fiance.  She misses him because when he was around she felt like she learned and she held a heart nearly everyday.  Christina is tired of all of the fighting.

Izzy messed up when she inadvertently sucked all of the potassium out of Bailey’s kidney patient, almost killing her and making her ineligible for a potential lifesaving kidney.   Izzy’s competency was questioned by Bailey.  Izzywas fired for this error and left Alex a note telling him that she is leaving him.  This explains Katherine Heigl’s absence while she was off  filming a movie.

I enjoyed the rivalry in this episode and am looking forward to next week’s show.  Did you like this week’s episode??
