Jennifer Hudson and Julianne Hough Celebrate 70 Years of ‘The Wizard of Oz’
Former Dancing With the Stars, Julianne Hough and Jennifer Hudson performed at the Netflix screening of “The Wizard of Oz” held at Central Park on September 29, 2009 in New York City.
Netflix hosted a free live concert and movie screening to celebrate the historic film’s 70th anniversary this year. The concert featured contemporary interpretations of classic songs from the “The Wizard of Oz” by Hough and Hudson. Following the concert, the movie was shown on a giant inflatable screen.
Hough brought her adoreable dog with her. Maybe the dog was playing the role of Toto? I can’t believe ‘The Wizard of Oz’ has been around for 70 years. What a timeless classic.
