Milly Alcock proudly posed with her scaly beast in the new poster for George R.R. Martin and Ryan Condal’s 10-episode Game of Thrones prequel House of the Dragon, which premieres August 21 on HBO Max.

The Australian 22-year-old – who boasts 25K Instagram followers – excitedly Instastoried the poster on Wednesday morning.

Milly – best known for her role as Meg in Foxtel/Sky/Amazon series Upright -portrays Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, King Viserys’ (Paddy Considine) firstborn child of pure Valyrian blood and a dragonrider.
