Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld play with furry friend as they shoot Hawkeye spin-off series
Hailee Steinfeld and Jeremy Renner were seen shooting their Hawkeye series in New York City‘s Washington Square Park on Thursday.
Jeremy has been playing the superhero and his alter ego Clint Barton in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for nearly a decade.
Now the 49-year-old actor is returning to the role for an upcoming Disney+ show, with Hailee as his protege Kate Bishop who is preparing to become the next Hawkeye.

During their shoot day this Thursday the dynamic duo were joined by a pooch who was presumably playing Lucky The Pizza Dog.
Lucky The Pizza Dog is Hawkeye’s canine sidekick and has been featured in the Marvel comic books since 2012.
During their latest scene both Clint and Kate appeared to be out of superhero mode, as they were in regular New York City clothes.
Jeremy cut a stylish figure in a sleek brown leather jacket over a black top, while Hailee threw an oversize blue coat on top of a T-shirt and jeans.

She could be spotted dropping to a squat to shower some affection on her canine co-star, who appeared to be a golden retriever.
Their latest shoot day also took them to Chinatown where Jeremy could be seen looking sullen in character as he sat on a stoop beside Hailee.
Jeremy first made a quick appearance as the superhero in the 2011 movie Thor and then in 2012 he had a more prominent role in the first Avengers film.
The Hollywood heartthrob has continued to play the character ever since including in last year’s Avengers: Endgame which became the highest-grossing film of all time.

The dynamic duo appeared a bit battered up on the set this Wednesday, possibly suggesting that they were shooting the aftermath of a fight sequence.
When they were spotted filming in Washington Square Park on Thursday their faces had false injuries again, perhaps from the same fight.
