Scott Disick is regretting his past treatment of Kourtney Kardashian and their relationship, according to insiders.
Disick, 39, ‘will always have regrets about how he treated Kourtney and handled their relationship,’ a source told Entertainment Tonight, as he is currently ‘focusing on moving on, accepting his faults, and trying to learn from his mistakes.’
After nearly a decade of dating, Disick – who is father to children Mason, 12, Penelope, 10, Reign, seven, with the reality star, 43 – and Kardashian parted ways for good in 2015, as she cited Disick’s sobriety battles as the reason for their parting.

Disick and the Kardashian family remains on good terms, the source told the outlet, noting that ‘it isn’t a toxic situation for anyone in the family and they’ve moved past any difficulties.’
‘The Kardashians still talk to him almost all the time and they see each other relatively frequently.’
While Disick has previously said he was happy for Kardashian after she found love with now-husband Travis Barker, he is not looking to get into a long-term relationship at this time.
‘He wants to get married one day and start his next chapter, but he isn’t trying to do that right now,’ the source said.

Disick has taken a step back to focus on his mental health, as he ‘has stepped up his treatment and therapy’ according to a source at US Weekly.
Scott, who shares three children with ex Kourtney Kardashian, is ‘considering’ tackling his struggles with substance abuse via an in-patient program.
‘Scott’s break up and past issues with Kourtney and his parents’ deaths have deeply affected him,’ the magazine’s insider said.
‘Although it didn’t always show up in a negative way, there are things he’s constantly had to battle and live with that don’t go away overnight,’ they added.
The star is focused on improving ‘his mental well-being’ and ‘the Kardashians are all very supportive of Scott bettering himself,’ per the insider.
‘They love him and want him to love himself just as much,’ they added.
Scott previously checked into a Colorado facility in May 2020 to work on his issues including ‘past traumas’ but left to due a privacy issue.
He was also reportedly put on a 5150 psychiatric hold in 2017 after several stints in rehab, per US Weekly.

Kourtney moved on from their on/off relationship and is now married to rocker Travis Barker; the lovebirds dated for 10 months before he proposed in November 2020 and wed in May 2022.
Now that she is married, Kourtney and Scott ‘don’t communicate much unless it has to do with their kids,’ the insider said.
‘Scott feels not just disconnected from Kourtney, but also all the Kardashians. This was his biggest fear – getting out of touch with his “family,” and now him being on the outskirts with Kourtney is affecting him completely,’ the source added.
