Meghan King showed off images Monday from recent plastic surgical procedures she underwent on her nose and breasts five weeks ago.

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum, 38, took to Instagram with a slideshow of images documenting the procedure.

‘I did it for me and I feel good,’ the St. Louis native captioned the post. ‘Happy 38, MK. Praise to [Dr. Michael Niccole] and the team at @cosmeticare_ for my subtle but profound transformation.’

King, who shares three kids with former baseball star Jim Edmonds, Aspen, five, and twins Hart and Hayes, four, shared a number of shots as she posed in medical gowns and sported a bandaged, bruised nose.

King opened up on her blog last month in detail on her rationale behind the surgical procedure, which came less than a year after her split from Cuffe Biden Owens, 43, an attorney and relative of President Joe Biden.

The former couple initially emerged publicly in September of 2021 and wed in October in Pennsylvania with the president and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden in attendance, before King revealed in December on social media that the relationship had ended.

King reflected on her past in explaining the course of events that led her to get the surgeries.

‘Ten years ago I got implants,’ she said. ‘I had just gotten divorced from my first husband and sold my engagement ring for $5,000 (or something like that) and since that made my bank account rise to about $7,500 I decided I could more than afford a fresh new chest for $5k-ish. I was 27, single af, and feeling hot with my new girls.’

King said in deciding to undergo surgery again, it was a case of ‘history repeating itself.’

‘Now I’m 37, single af, and with another used engagement ring on my hands,’ she said, adding that she noticed her breasts were smaller since having children. ‘WITH implants I’m back to my original B size in some stretched out skin, so time to upgrade.’

She explained how her course of thinking had adapted over the past decade: ‘When I was 27 people told me not to do it until after I had babies but I did it anyway and didn’t regret it for one second. 

‘Now people just nod and accept the fact I’m getting an implant exchange because it’s something it seems like many of my peers are also doing.’

King said since she was ‘under anesthesia’ any way and has ‘an excellent doctor,’ she decided to ‘piggyback another procedure’ with ‘a very minor tweak to the tip of [her] nose.’

She added: ‘I’m exactly five weeks post op and have gotten the go-ahead to begin working out and resuming all normal activities again.’

King said she is ‘thrilled with [the] results and would do it all over again,’ concluding the post in saying, ‘Happy 38, MK, you deserve it.’
