The highly-anticipated first trailer for Ahsoka was released as it saw Rosario Dawson in the titular role as she portrays one of the last Jedi in the Star Wars Galaxy.
The 43-year-old actress looked ready for action in the nearly-two minute clip which dropped at the Star Wars Celebration event in London on Friday after character posters were released of Lizzo and Jack Black in The Mandalorian.
In it Rosario portrays Ahsoka Tano who is the exiled Jedi Padawan of Anakin Skywalker, who eventually turned to the Dark Side to lead the Galactic Empire as Darth Vader.
The trailer appears to show that the live action series directly follows up on several threads from the animated series Star Wars Rebels.
One of the more crucial scenes in the clip see’s Ahsoka reuniting with Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) which came years after the disappearance of their friend Ezra Bridger (Eman Esfandi).
