Britney Spears posts bizarre clip and tells fans DO NOT call the cops if she deletes Instagram

Britney Spears has sparked concern online after uploading a bizarre clip to Instagram on Tuesday, where she used an Australian accent to show off some dresses she received.

At one point, the singer, 41, abruptly stops dancing around her room to tell fans not reach out to the police if she decides to delete her Instagram in the future.

‘So, guys, I just want you to know, if I shutdown my Instagram do not call the cops,’ she says into the camera.

Britney has a reputation of deactivating and reactivating her social media pages, including her Twitter, which has caused worry over her wellbeing in the past.

The post comes shortly after Britney fired back at claims that loved ones staged a failed intervention over fears she ‘might die’ amid alleged mental health struggles.

She said it was completely untrue and that she was considering stepping back from Instagram because ‘there’s obviously a lot of people who don’t wish me well.’

The Lucky hitmaker kicked off Tuesday’s upload by revealing to her 41.7.million followers that she’s been honing her clothing design skills.

She provided a brief explanation all while using a fake accent that appeared to be a mix of Australian and British dialects.

‘Ok, great news. Ok, so last week guys I made a dress. I was really proud. [It had] a diamond panel, a zip in the back [and] a girlfriend helped me sew it,’ she began.

Britney filmed the clip inside of a bedroom, which had various items and pillows thrown onto the bed and what appeared to be a stack of folded clothes on the floor.

The performer was dressed in a yellow puff-sleeve crop top and white shorts and her blonde hair was worn down and wavy.

Britney enthusiastically revealed that she was recently sent a dress that she ‘didn’t have to make myself,’ though she did not disclose the clothing company.

It was a sheer pink dress covered in crystals, which she held up against her body for the camera to see.

‘I can’t believe it. I am just saying! Hey now, so proud!  I didn’t even have to make it myself,’ she gushed. ‘Thank you company for sending me this dress. Thank you.’

Still with the dress in hand, Britney began lifting it up and down and in and out before performing a strange dance with it draped against her.

It is directly after this clip that Britney took the time to tell fans to avoid reaching out to authorities regarding her Instagram. Despite the seriousness of the topic, she continued to hold her gifted dress in front of her.

She also told them ‘Don’t ever be a roller coast,’ but did not provide an explanation as to what that means.

Britney runs out of frame and quickly scurries back in front of the camera only to disappear again.

She eventually returns with another dress she received from the unnamed company.

‘Stay humble out there, y’all !!! Hi mommy and daddy, I am a star ⭐️ now have you heard ??? Carry on peeps,’ she wrote.

A report surfaced last week from TMZ that claimed the singer’s friends and family staged a failed intervention due to, ‘concerns she would die’ amid alleged mental health struggles.

Sources close to Britney’s family claimed they became alarmed by her ‘erratic’ and ‘volatile’ behavior due to taking medications that ‘hype her up’ and cause her to ‘fly off the handle.’

Several friends rented a house in Los Angeles for a few months – without Spears’ knowledge – to stage an intervention, with one source claiming, ‘I’m afraid she’s gonna die.’

After a manic episode at an L.A. restaurant last month, the Circus singer has allegedly turned ‘combative and chaotic.’

The intervention was supposed to take place at her house last Tuesday, with her husband, manager, doctors and an interventionist, as she was set to receive medical treatment and psychological counseling for two months.

However, Spears became, ‘somewhat aware’ of the plan and the intervention was canceled altogether.

A source added: ‘Britney has been acting increasingly erratically and those around her have grown more concerned. She is often up all night, sleeps during [the] day and has a lot of anger.’

Another source said: ‘Everyone had hoped Britney could be convinced to seek treatment before things got any worse but they knew it wouldn’t be easy.’

The insider explained that ‘she’s been going through a lot and has been increasingly combative,’ and said that Asghari ‘is being as supportive as possible.’

Spears lashed out at the claims she might die in an Instagram post, adding she might have to stop posting on social media.

‘It makes me sick to my stomach that it’s even legal for people to make up stories that I almost died…

‘I mean at some point enough is enough !!! I’m probably going to have to stop posting on Instagram because even though I enjoy doing it, there’s obviously a lot of people who don’t wish me well !!!’

She went on to say: ‘I’m honestly not surprised at all … Again doing the best I can !!! Again, the conservatorship has been over for almost a year … No folks, it’s not 2007 … it’s 2023 and I’m making my first homemade lasagna at home !!!

‘I finally got my fireplace to work in my living room !!! As my hubby says it best: don’t believe everything you read !!! All that love right back at ya !!!’

In another Instagram post, Spears blasted the reports once again and denied that she has a ‘management team’ or ‘medical doctors.’

Captioning an erratic video message, she wrote: ‘This week in the news it said that I almost died and that I have a manager and ‘doctors’!!! I don’t have a management team nor will I ever again in my life!!! I don’t have ‘medical doctors’!!!

‘I take Prozac for depression and that’s about it!!! I’m an extremely boring person!!!’
