Today is the day that Chelsea Handler’s fourth book, Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me, hits the shelf at your local bookstore and this past weekend Handler was out celebrating it’s launch at New York City’s the Boom Boom Room.

In attendance at the Boom Boom Room were many famous faces including Katie Couric, Lucy Lui, Vera Wang, Josh Hartnett, Michelle Trachtenberg, as well as Handler’s new boyfriend Andre Balazs.

US Weekly reported that though the couple have quietly been dating since January, this marks the first time they took their romance public. Chelsea’s good friend Heather McDonald had this to say to about her new man:

“He’s a babe. He’s very successful and he’s very nice. I think she’s met her match. He doesn’t put up with her, but in a fun way, which she loves. Chelsea likes when you don’t put up with her too much.”

Now it wouldn’t be a party without the other love of Handler’s life- Belvedere vodka. Guests sipped on Belvedere Bloody Marys and Pink Grapefruit cocktails.
