Missy Franklin, four-time swimming gold medalist, recently celebrated her historic efforts in London by getting a new tattoo.
“All inked up! AHH! Can’t believe it! My one and only!” Tweeted the 17-year-old. Missy Franklin’s tattoo, is of course, a small, colorful tattoo of the Olympic rings on her hip.
The fun loving swimmer is not the only Olympic star to get the inked rings, fellow swimmers, Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps both have similar badges of honor.
The high school student got her parents blessings before getting the tat, her dad said in an interview,
“This will be the only one, and she’s earned it”.
