The photographer who took Kate Middleton’s topless photos has finally been identified by the French police and they are preparing to arrest him.

The topless photos of Middleton were published in French magazine Closer before being published in Italy and Ireland.
Prince William has called for the photographer to be jailed, which according to the Daily Mail may happen as a result of France’s strict privacy laws.
The photographer not only faces jail time but a $58,000 fine, as well.
The name of the photographer has not yet been released.
