Once known for his singing, Justin Bieber, has become more popular lately thanks to his weed smoking alleged drug use and choice of fashion. Celebrating his 19th birthday, Bieber was spotted returning from his partying shirtless and with his pants barely on.

Bieber kicked off the celebration after his concert, at 3am with his rumored girlfriend Ella-Paige Roberts-Clarke. Looking completely ridiculous, he stopped to sign autographs.

The singer was looking forward to celebrating posting on his twitter account,

‘Great show!!! Now gonna go celebrate 19!! Thanks.’

Thankfully, Bieber did change before heading out to continue celebrating, wearing a cardigan, a black vest and his now signature low-hanging trousers. Despite it being the middle of the night, Bieber shielded his eyes with a pair of dark shades and wore a baseball cap.

The teen idol plans to continue celebrating his birthday with a circus-themed party, which will feature clowns and a ringmaster.

Justin and his 20 closest friends will be celebrating. It will be interesting to see his ridiculous outfit tonight.
