Paula Deen has been trying to make a comeback for the past two years, following racist remarks the celebrity chef had made. Deen even told Matt Lauer how much she learned from the incident. Apparently she may have learned to keep her comments to herself – but now she is taking to posting photos that she is being called out for.

Deen posted a photo to twitter for #TransformationTuesday with and her son Bobby dressed as Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. While Paula’s transformation was a bright red wig and polka dot dress, Lucille Ball’s famous attire, her son decided to wear pajamas and paint his face brown, apparently to look like Desi Arnaz. Calls to Deen’s publicist clarified the photo was from 2011. Why would Deen post a photo from 2011 for #TransformationTuesday. Not a smart move. At all.

Needless to say, the photo has since been taken down from Twitter, but not before it was screen shotted for all to see.

The people on Twitter couldn’t help but call out Deen with the following tweets:

Apparently @Paula_Deen has learned absolutely nothing. She posted photo of son in brown face.

HAHAHA WHO IS DUMBER THAN PAULA DEEN

This begs just one question. WHY THE HELL DID PAULA DEEN TWEET A SUPER RACIST PHOTO FROM 2011.

Sorry, while we like to refrain from judging the actions of celebrities, this was definitely not the smartest thing that Deen or her people could do. More thought should have been put into #TransformationTuesday for sure.

What are your thoughts about what Paula Deen did?
