For the second round, 12 acts performed for the judges Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howard Stern and once again, tomorrow night, America’s results will be in and seven acts will move on to the semi-final round of competition.

Sharon Irving received a standing ovation from the audience for her performance of ‘Glory,’ in honor of her grandfather who walked with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Irving did both versions of the song – with John Legend’s singing and Common’s rap verse. She received a standing ovation from all of the judges, in addition to the audience.

Mel B. had used the Golden Buzzer on Irving when she first saw her perform and Mel B. was so thrilled with her performance she said, “I am so glad that I hit my Golden Buzzer for you. Honestly, you are just a natural. The stage, singing is where you are meant to be…..You are a bonafide superstar already. Already! You’re right there!”

Howie Mandel told Irving, “You should be singing songs exactly the way you sang tonight. You have a message for the people. You can change the world with your voice and your talent.”

Heidi Klum told her there were amazing acts tonight, but hers really stood out.” Howard Stern called her a superstar and said, “I’m gonna tell you, you’re not only the best singer in the entire contest this year, but you may be the million dollar winner, because what a performance!”
