Dancing With the Stars 2015 Recap 10/19/15 – Week 6 – Iconic Dances – Who Was Eliminated?
Dancing With the Stars enters the sixth week of competition and only nine couples remain. The competition is getting tougher and tougher every week and this week will be no different. With last week being the Switch Off, the original professional dance partners will return to their original celebrities. This week the couples will re-create dance routines from iconic movies and music videos.
With Bindy and Derek recreating Dirty Dancing, everyone is waiting with anticipation to see how the dynamic duo will do. Last week we saw Alexa PenaVega receive 39/40 with the only judge giving her a 9 being Maks Chmerkovskiy, who was a guest judge.
Who will receive a perfect 10 all around tonight? Will it be Bindy and Derek? And who will be sent home tonight? We will be watching live. Be sure to come back and see how all of the dancers do during Dancing With the Stars iconic dance night.
Olivia Newton John will be joining the judges for week 6 and Lea Remini is taking Erin Andrews place as host this week. Last week we saw former pro dancer.

Below you will find the songs for the evening – and it looks like it is going to be another amazing night!!
Hayes Grier & Emma Slater
Song: “You’re The One That I Want” from Grease
Judges Comments: Olivia: Amazing choreography Emma. Hayes, ‘I can’t believe you are 15.’ You’re a baby John. Bruno: totally sold on star quality and charisma. I am going to give you tough love – you have to learn to splice the beat. You are still a bit shaky. You need to be much sharper. You’ve got it. CarrieAnn: I was watching you and you are such a stud but I’m going to agree – you just need to finesse some of your lines. You have so much potential. Julieanne: all i have to say is, you not only opened the show but you’re being compared to John Travolta. Each week I tell you to get into character and own it and you did that tonight!!
Total Scores: 32/40
Andy Grammer & Allison Holker
Song: “Good Morning” from Singing In The Rain
Judges Comments: It takes balls to take that dance on – you succeeded. CarrieAnn: It was just as exciting and fun as the original. Julieanne: I was nervous going into it. Every single week you are getting better and better and better. Olivia: offered to dance with Andy and said he was so good.
Total Scores: 40/40
