Gavin Rossdale Not Over Gwen Stefani- Steps Out Wearing Wedding Ring
Gavin Rossdale does not seem so comfortable with him impending divorce from songstress and fashionista Gwen Stefani as he was spotted out wearing his wedding ring. Gwen has moved on with fellow “The Voice” coach Blake Shelton, who has just come off of a summer divorce from Miranda Lambert. The new couple were hand in hand at the Country Music Awards after party, leading many to believe that Blake was being insensitive by bringing his new lady love to an event where his ex-wife would also be in attendance. The two kept it casual, dressed down and drinking unlike when they were guests at Adam Levine’s Halloween party. They were very lovey-dovey and Gwen, 46 even dressed up as a cowgirl; that’s a statement right there that she wanted to be with Blake, 39.
They have been friends for a long time, according to Gwen’s rep while a source told E! that Miranda could see the writing on the wall as the two have always been very flirty. Yet, she claims that she is okay with the new romance. Gavin, 50, seems to still be having a hard time accepting that his wife of thirteen years and mother to his three sons, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo, is already in a new relationship that is very public. Gavin stepped out to get coffee, ring on his hand yet a source told E! that “He seemed happy, not upset at all about Gwen and Blake.” Yet, it feels like Gwen put salt in the wound of her relationship with Gavin’s demise when she talked about Blake earlier this week when she spoke to a Texas radio station about how he made her divorce a lot easier: “He’s a pretty rad guy, I have to say that. Blake really helped me.”
But it seems like Gavin and Gwen’s goal is to stay positive for the sake of her children though she is denying him spousal support. They released a statement in August regarding the end of their marriage, saying: “While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment. To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time.” We hope that Gavin is really okay with his ex moving on and just fancies his jewelry. I would imagine that after thirteen years and three kids, a ring would be hard to take off. We wish them both the best of luck.
